 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT will be dispatched the same day.

 UK Standard Delivery

Cost: £3.99 | Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days | Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Free standard delivery on orders over £30.

 UK Express Delivery

Cost: £5.99 | Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days | Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

 Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at info@peakpurity.co and we will investigate with Royal Mail. If the order is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

 Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

 International Shipping

We currently dispatch within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.
