Returns & Refunds Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period): Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You do not need to provide a reason for the cancellation.

• How to Initiate a Return: To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@peakpurity.co with your order number and intention to return.

• Returning the Goods: Once notified, you have a further 14 days to send the items back to us. The goods must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.

• Return Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

• Faulty or Misdescribed Goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will arrange the return at our expense.
